Help High Street is a service that supports businesses in keeping a temporary record of its customers for 21 days to assist NHS Test and Trace. Contact data we collect is used to help the NHS contain COVID-19 clusters or outbreaks. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) includes, but is not limited to:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (mobile or telephone)

By submitting data through our contact-tracing form you agree for us to share your details with NHS Test and Trace if they request for it. The information you give will be kept for 21 days and used in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 which is the UK’s implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Log Data

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”).
